Health and Safety
The provisions of the Health and Safety Act require precautions be taken by the Company, its employees, agents and site visitors. It is our policy that no prospective purchaser of our homes shall visit our sites without prior arrangement and agreement of ourselves or our sales agents. Sometimes there may be a delay in a visit due to dangerous works being carried out (such as craneage) and we ask you to respect our decision where our primary concern is the safety of all parties.
Safety helmets will be provided on site for your use where construction is taking place and our policy requires their use at these times.
Independent Professional Advice
We strongly advise that once you have decided to enter into a Reservation Agreement with us, that you seek and retain independent legal advice regarding the purchase contract, its exchange and legal completion. Details of your solicitor will be required to complete the Reservation Agreement. |
