Rob Francis His initial employment with Windsor Homes plc commenced in 1999 as part of work experience. After finishing education at Reading Blue Coat he gained sponsorship from Taylor Woodrow to enrol on a Construction Engineering Management and Law Degree at Loughborough University. Passing the first year he decided to return to work for Windsor Homes as Assistant Site Manager to gain “hands on” experience. From this post he progressed to manage two of Windsor Homes largest developments. As the youngest member of the team he brings a contemporary approach to design and specification thus ensuring Windsor Homes maintains and meets current trends in line with its philosophy of continuingly seeking to improve its product range.
